In 2013 I took a trip to Africa, it was then my love for all beauty become relevant. I lost myself in the humility of the people, the formations of structures and the wonder of nature. I felt my passion soaring.
Why I Got Into This...
It took me a while to find my niche, but I did it. I have always had a creative side. Whether it was taking snapshots of family and friends, making crafts, or doing hair. I have explored every possibility. What I know is that I love beauty, finding the inner source of beauty in particular.

For years I worked trying to find ways to help others while I gave up a big chunk of myself. (I got lost in my own shuffle) After many years of contemplating, at the age of 44, I went to beauty school, followed by barber school. I graduated both programs and practiced for a couple of years but at the same time I didn’t have 100% fulfillment. It seemed more like work and less like the life I wanted. So I decided it was time to go back to my long ago roots, use the knowledge from high school film and photography class, combined with cosmetology and barber school and finally I have the life I envision for myself.
Who Am I?
That girl is me. I am about 7 years old in the picture and that is when I realized I had a love for adventure. In my life I have lived in 4 states, 6 counties, and at least 9 cities. I have traveled to 27 states and 3 countries. I have always had this small risk taker part of me and I love to explore new places and things.
Hi. I’m Mary and I like to think I live in a wonderland of beauty and adventure. I am a very passionate and creative photographer as well as a makeup and hair stylist. I have always had a connection with the beauty of the world around me. Everything and everyone gives off its own allure of beauty, and I find it my passion to showcase it. Along with beauty, I have a thrive for adventure. My husband and I love to go on what we call 'Boo & Boo Adventures'. We sometimes get in the car and just drive to find new and exciting places. Often I look at these places as a photography opportunity. Life is nothing more than a wonderful adventure.

First and foremost, I am a wife to my amazing, yet somewhat annoying husband DJ. He truly is one of the many blessings in my life. I am a mom to two of the sweetest, gracious babies in the world. Well, technically they aren’t babies, my daughter is 28 and my son is 26. Both of them are married to amazing people. I couldn’t have picked better choices for them. I am also a bonus mom of a daughter who is 21. I am "PEACHY" to the most perfect grandson ever, Elias Leslie.
I am also the youngest of 6 kids. Both of my parents and oldest brother have passed away, but my family no matter the situation have always been my biggest supporters. They encourage my adventures, but they also know how to keep me grounded.
I am a strong believer in always living your best life. Life will throw you curve balls, more often than you expect, but its our jobs to stand back up and be the writer of our own life. I am a two-time kidney cancer survivor. (Wow, I say that like I should have a medal or something). But because of those curve balls, and striking out many times, I chose to live my life full of happiness. We only have one life, so we might as well live it the best way we know how. My euphoria is a land of a Wonderful Adventure.

2. I have a weird fascination with alligators.
3. I sing at the top of my lungs when I'm in the car alone.
4. I can eat Cocoa Puffs any time of the day.

7. I am a HUGE all around Disney lover with an odd obsession for Disney villains.
8. I have a fun sense of humor, I make myself laugh all of the time.
9. I'm the biggest kid in adult form.
10. I have kept a surplus of toilet paper for the last 25 years. You never want to run out of TP!!
